MKKKain

I struggled with the order in which to present the topics today. I decided to go with the 'Good' first. Then I'll follow with the evil in this country who suckle at the teat of McCain/Palin.

Who is Obama? This is who Obama is:

_______

Let's take a look at the other side. The disgusting side of America. The racists, hateful, uniformed, mouth-breathers.

I'm not saying all Republicans are racists..... scratch that. I think I can say with full confidence that all Republicans are racists pieces of shit. Check the link for the CBS video of this douchebag passing off his racist toy to a child. The Youtube is of the same dirtbag in line to enter a MKKKain/Palin Klan meeting:

CBS: Man Brings "Obama" Monkey Doll to Palin Event:

"This video speaks for itself. From the cbsnews.com website:

'A man brought a stuffed monkey doll wearing an Obama sticker to a Palin campaign event in Johnstown, Ohio. Realizing he was caught on camera, he passed it off to a child he didn't know.'"

_______

David Gergen: McCain/palin rallies "whipping around anger that could really lead to some violence":

"David Gergen is considered very somber and portrays himself as one of the wise ones. Last night, on CNN, Gergen said the angry frenzied mobs at the McCain and Palin rallies could lead to violence. Violence. In 2008. McCain and Palin are basically inciting violence on the campaign trail:

COOPER: There's also the question of ruling after this and bringing the country together. It's going to be all the more harder to do that whoever wins with all this anger out there.

GERGEN: Yes. There is this -- I think one of the most striking things we've seen now in the last few days. We've seen it in the Palin rallies. We saw it at the McCain rally today. And we saw it to a considerable degree during the rescue package legislation.

There is this free floating sort of whipping around anger that could really lead to some violence. I think we're not far from that.

COOPER: Really?

GERGEN: I think it's so -- well, I really worry when we get people -- when you get the kind of rhetoric that you're getting at these rallies now. I think it's really imperative that the candidates try to calm people down. And that's why I've argued not only because of the question of the ugliness of it."
_______

Better to Be... - Swampland - TIME:

"But seriously, folks, I'm beginning to worry about the level of craziness on the Republican side, the over-the-top, stampede-the-crowd statements by everyone from McCain on down, the vehemence of the crowds that McCain and Palin are drawing with people shouting 'Kill him' and 'He's a terrorist' and 'Off with his head.'

Watch the tape of the guy screaming, 'He's a terrorist!' McCain seems to shudder at that, he rolls his eyes... and I thought for a moment he'd admonish the man. But he didn't. And now he's selling the Ayres non-story full-time. Yes, yes, it's all he has. True enough: he no longer has his honor. But we are on the edge of some real serious craziness here and it would be nice if McCain did the right thing and told his more bloodthirsty supporters to go home and take a cold shower. But McCain hasn't done the right thing all year. His campaign is appalling, as the New York Times editorial board said today--and more, it is a national disgrace."
_______

McCain Faces Backlash Over Rabid Crowds:

"John McCain was booed by his own supporters during a rally on Friday after he described Barack Obama as a 'decent person and a person that you do not have to be scared of as president of the United States.'"
_______

So what would cause the writers above to pen such articles.......

It gets worse. More bigoted ignorance from a McCain/Palin rally:

________

Harmless, right? Wrong.

LA Observed: Obama threat, white powder sent to LAT *:

"I'm told the Los Angeles Times mailroom opened a hand-scrawled letter today that read 'death to Obama' and contained a white powder that triggered a call to the FBI and a city hazardous materials team. No one was injured and the powder proved to be harmless. My sources say the letter was addressed to staff writers Richard Serrano and Ralph Vartabedian and included a demand for a retraction to their story this week that detailed flying mishaps early in John McCain's Navy flying career. The nut mail was said to carry an upside-down stamp and language about saving babies in addition to the Barack Obama threat.

* Also: The Palms campaign office for the Obama campaign was evacuated Thursday night due to a suspicious envelope. The LAPD bomb squad and a a HazMat team responded. KTLA"
_______

Wow. McCain/Palin are trailblazers:

The Washington Monthly:

"A HISTORIC TICKET.... Now that Sarah Palin has been found to have abused her powers, violated state ethics, and lied about it, I did a little digging and found an interesting historical footnote.

The McCain/Palin ticket is the first in American history in which both candidates were found to have violated ethics standards before a national election."
_______

No more Dicks running this country!

_______

You don't want to know how they divided the kids....

Cambodian couple saw house in half in divorce:

"PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - A couple in rural Cambodia has terminated their 18-year marriage with a divorce settlement that entailed sawing in two the wooden house they once shared, villagers said Friday. The husband, 42-year-old Moeun Sarim, has taken away with him all the bits and pieces of his half a house, said his 35-year-old wife, Vat Navy."

By saying, "I'm not saying all Republicans are racists..... scratch that. I think I can say with full confidence that all Republicans are racists pieces of shit." you are defeating the purpose of your seemingly well-supported argument. I am not either a republican or democrat thanks to this type of propoganda. These types of blanket-statements that you make are as narrow-minded and bigoted as the statements you claim to be so shameful.

Hi Kelly,

Thanks for you post.

There's an old saying that goes "I'm not saying all Republicans are racist. I am saying that all racist are Republicans". Well, times have changed. Show me one person in the YouTubes of the Rethugs that I've posted that isn't a racist.

You are correct it is a blanket statement, though, propaganda it ain't and bigoted it surely ain't.

Or maybe I am bigoted. I'm bigoted against racists mouth-breathers who will resort to violence to further their cause.

If you are a Republican, then you own the racists POSs that live in your party. If you do not, in no uncertain terms, denounce these racists and change your party affiliation (who, seemingly, control the Republican Party) then their actions are your actions. Republicans own it in its entirety.

Hey, I'll be happy to dial such a statement back. But, if you've read the blog for some time, I firmly believe that in order to defeat the Republicans this go around we have to defeat them at their own game. They hold the ball and the court and they've held it tightly for the past 12/14 years (I'm counting the 6 years of the Clinton Presidency when Rethugs held the Senate).

So, find a Republican. Ask them if they are racists. If they say they are not, they ask them why they want to be a party that promotes such racism.

All I'm doing is pointing a finger and calling it what it is.

Oh, and I've had it up to here taking all this shit from Republicans then have them cry like whiney ass titty babies when it gets thrown back in their face.

I firmly stand by my statement.

Jim Dunn said...

Making the "all Republicans are racists" statement is certainly your right, jpw, especially on your blog, but as Kelly said, you're not doing your side any good. I'd say the same of someone writing, "All Democrats are communist baby-killers!" When you start out with an ad hominem attack, any chance of scoring any points goes out the window.

Or let's put it this way: When Michelle Malkin went to cover the Democratic National Convention, she was confronted by people saying, among other things, "Kill Michelle Malkin!" Would you appreciate being lumped in with those people?

AAW said...

Your 'concern trolling' is touching, Festus.

And if your side had even a whiff of credibility I might take your 'concern' into consideration.

Alas, the day that I start taking seriously what your side thinks is good or bad for my side is the day that I'm in the grave.

I understand that reading is not fundamental for the fundie Rethugs, thus, you missing the entire point of my response to Kelly.

You like to come by here and drop some of your sides crap on this blog then when I respond with comment after comment that debunks your bunk, you seem to conveniently disappear.

I'm playing your side's game. Don't necessarily like it, but that's the game being played and defined by your side. I find it laughable that you suggest that I've crossed some sort of line and that I'm not doing my side any good.

You best be worrying about cleaning up your own damn mess.

Post some proof that Democrats are 'communist baby-killers'. I've posted tons of information on racists Republicans. Show me some video from an Obama rally where folks are sporting a communist toy while tearing 'babies' to shreds.

And as far as Malkin goes... or should I call her more appropriatly, Aunt Tom, you reap what you sow, Festus. You reap what you sow.

Again, y'all dish it out by the barrels, but when it gets thrown back in your face... nothing but a bunch of whiney ass titty babies.

Cry me a fucking river.

All Republicans are Racists. If you don't like it, don't support the Racists Republican Party.

It is quite simple.

Jim Dunn said...

Okay, all Republicans are racists. And all Democrats are baby-killers. I mean, they are the pro-choice party, right? So, while you're taking some radicals and trying to tar--oh, there I go, being racist again--every Republican with the same brush, I'm taking an absolute, indisputable fact. Your party says it's all right to kill babies. Shoot, your messiah even voted against extending support for the babies who live through a murdering procedure. If you don't like it, don't support the baby-killing Democratic Party.

Hey, it's your blog. I came here because I absolutely love the Truckers, and followed a link to the site. I'll not bother you by posting again. I'm giving you the last word, so slag away.

But do this for me. One day, if you and I live long enough, we'll see the day when free speech is completely trampled under a totalitarian boot, when thoughtcrimes are capital offenses, when we'll look back at the darkest days of the Soviet Union with fondness. And the foot in that totalitarian boot will be a leftist foot. Absolutely. Bank on it.

Just file that sentiment away. If it never happens, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to point out just how stupid a non-Democrat is. If it does happen, though, remember that I told you it was coming.

AAW said...

I'm not tryin' to run you off 'cause if you love the truckers then we've got a common thread to work upon.

But DBT is as progressive as they come, buddy.

I simply will not tolerate anymore of this bullshit from Republicans.

Festus, you logic doesn't work at all.

First, being pro-choice does not make one a baby-killer. Its the falsest of analogies and incomparable to the argument I am making. I'm showing you many, many racists Republicans. I'm not just theorizing, I'm SHOWING them to you... live... being racists. You have not shown me one example of Democrats killing babies. Not one. Show me a Democrat actually killing a baby. Show me a YouTube of a Democrat killing a baby.

You said: "And the foot in that totalitarian boot will be a leftist foot. Absolutely. Bank on it. "

You want to talk facism and try to squeeze that boot on the left's foot? You are out of your damn mind and as intellectually dishonest as they come.

The 14 Points of Facism are as follows. GWB and the Republican Party could have written these themselves. Specially #5:

1. " Powerful and Continuing Nationalism: Fascist regimes tend to make constant use of patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs, and other paraphernalia. Flags are seen everywhere, as are flag symbols on clothing and in public displays."

2. "Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights: Because of fear of enemies and the need for security, the people in fascist regimes are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of "need." The people tend to look the other way or even approve of torture, summary executions, assassinations, long incarcerations of prisoners, etc."

3. "Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause: The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial, ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists, etc."

4. "Supremacy of the Military: Even when there are widespread domestic problems, the military is given a disproportionate amount of government funding, and the domestic agenda is neglected. Soldiers and military service are glamorized."

5. "Rampant Sexism: The governments of fascist nations tend to be almost exclusively male-dominated. Under fascist regimes, traditional gender roles are made more rigid. Opposition to abortion is high, as is homophobia and anti-gay legislation and national policy.

6. "Controlled Mass Media: Sometimes the media is directly controlled by the government, but in other cases, the media is indirectly controlled by government regulation, or sympathetic media spokespeople and executives. Censorship, especially in war time, is very common."

7. "Obsession with National Security: Fear is used as a motivational tool by the government over the masses"

8. "Religion and Government are Intertwined: Governments in fascist nations tend to use the most common religion in the nation as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Religious rhetoric and terminology is common from government leaders, even when the major tenets of the religion are diametrically opposed to the government's policies or actions.

9. "Corporate Power is Protected: The industrial and business aristocracy of a fascist nation often are the ones who put the government leaders into power, creating a mutually beneficial business/government relationship and power elite.

10 "Labor Power is Suppressed: Because the organizing power of labor is the only real threat to a fascist government, labor unions are either eliminated entirely, or are severely suppressed. "

11. " Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts: Fascist nations tend to promote and tolerate open hostility to higher education, and academia. It is not uncommon for professors and other academics to be censored or even arrested. Free expression in the arts is openly attacked, and governments often refuse to fund the arts."

12. " Obsession with Crime and Punishment: Under fascist regimes, the police are given almost limitless power to enforce laws. The people are often willing to overlook police abuses and even forego civil liberties in the name of patriotism. There is often a national police force with virtually unlimited power in fascist nations"

13: " Rampant Cronyism and Corruption: Fascist regimes almost always are governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect their friends from accountability. It is not uncommon in fascist regimes for national resources and even treasures to be appropriated or even outright stolen by government leaders. "

14. "Fraudulent Elections: Sometimes elections in fascist nations are a complete sham. Other times elections are manipulated by smear campaigns against or even assassination of opposition candidates, use of legislation to control voting numbers or political district boundaries, and manipulation of the media. Fascist nations also typically use their judiciaries to manipulate or control elections."

JPW-

Sorry, dude, but your argument doesnt hold any wateras you are telling me that any republican must and does think like all other republicans simply cuz they have that box marked on their voter card. Surely you can see how that is lacking in any common sense.

Whatever, Slobberbone rules, and DBT rocked ACL this year!!

AAW said...

Kelly,

Take a look at my post today and see if my point isn't clearer. Let me know what you think:

And, yes, Slobberbone/Drams Rule and I can't wait to see the boys and girls on the TV screen for the ACL show!

Hey JPW,

I definitely see your point, but I cant help but still feel as though you are generalizing to such a degree that it makes it hard to take your argument as seriously as you would hope. Would it not be equally as easy to find some youtibe clips or air america audio clips to support the right-wing claims that "all dems are commies"? I mean, I am a guy who is in favor of gay marriage, but despises unions and "big governement" I am also pro-life, yet wants to see us spend more time on the environemnt and thinks we need to get out of iraq as soon as possible. Is it so hard to believe that there are tons of dems or repubs just like me? Again, your argument will have much more impact by avoiding the easy targets of fox news and over-generalization, and perhaps dialing back on the need to lump in so many people into such a large category that loses real meaning due to its vague nature.

AAW said...

'Generalization' is my point, Kelly. I think you missed the entire point of today's post.

I'm 'showing' you what the Repubs have been doing to my side for years and years. I'm cramming their own shit back down their throats.

Also, feel free to go find those YouTubes and post them up. Good luck.

Again, if you are a Republican and you don't speak out forcibly on the hate being spewed by your party, then you own it part and parcel.

And there is nothing 'vague' about racism.

Again, reread today's post and you'll see that I am agreeing with you.

Fight the power, JPW!

You know me, brotha. Gotta fight tooth and nail...

Hey, I'm going to get some of that Fossil Beer for the Fillmore Shows in late November. Gonna take a little road trip north to pick up some growlers at one of the 2 places that sells it. Remind me to tell you how it is.
