GOP Rep: racial profiling of Middle Easterners okay:

"One GOP House member, Peter King (R-N.Y.), even suggests that airport officials 'should consider Middle Eastern ethnic background as a reason for further questioning,' according to GovExec.com."

So, by this standard, shouldn't we pull aside every Texan, New Yorker, North Carolinian, and Arizonian (all places that Timothy McVeigh resided at some point in time) for further questioning when THEY want to get on a plane or rent a Ryder truck? How about Republicans and NRA members since McVeigh's "only known affiliations are as a registered Republican in his New York days, and as a member of the National Rifle Association while he was in the Army."

In honor of Elvis' death anniversary I'm going to have a peanut-butter and banana sandwich, a cheeseburger, some 'scription pills, and I may shoot out some TV screens. Although, to be current, I might shoot out some plasma screens.
